Refund Policy

Rank upgrades are digital goods delivered automatically after payment.

General rule

All sales are final once the rank has been delivered to your account. Digital perks cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

When we may refund

• Double charge or duplicate payment for the same rank
• Technical failure where you paid but never received the rank
• Wrong username entered at checkout if the rank was not delivered yet

When we will not refund

• You already had an equal or higher rank
• You changed your mind after delivery
• You were banned from the server for breaking rules
• Chargebacks filed without contacting us first

How to request help

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your Minecraft username, order date, and what went wrong. We will review each case individually.
